About the role

As a People Operations intern, you will provide active support for administrative and organizational HR topics while gaining comprehensive insight into HR work. You will serve as a primary contact for team members and handle various tasks across the employee lifecycle. This position is limited to a duration of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Take independent responsibility for tasks within the entire employee lifecycle, from preboarding to offboarding.
• Independently answer inquiries via the ticket system.
• Organize and coordinate onboarding for new starters on their first day.
• Independently prepare employment references.
• Contribute to additional topics such as employee benefits or process optimization with AI.
