About the role

The Senior Operations Project Manager plays a strategic role in the transformation of the company's supply chain. You will lead projects from the initial study and business case development phases through to full implementation, focusing on logistics network design, process optimization, and warehouse automation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct problem-solving studies, data collection, and analysis to design logistics solutions
• Develop business cases to support decision-making for logistics projects
• Manage project implementation including stakeholder coordination and change management
• Oversee project planning, budget tracking, and governance
• Perform capacity studies for the logistics network
• Optimize logistics processes and warehouse implementation plans
• Research and implement warehouse automation solutions
