About the role

As a Software Engineer, you will develop internal tools, services, and interfaces to support operational business processes. You will translate requirements from various departments into pragmatic technical solutions, evolving prototypes and MVPs into stable, maintainable applications. The role involves working with modern web technologies, databases, and API-based integrations while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal applications and services using Python.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, prototypes, and MVPs.
• Identify automation and optimization potential within the company.
• Connect existing systems via APIs, databases, and interfaces.
• Ensure code quality through clean, testable code, automated tests, and documentation.
