About the role

The Project Manager/Team Leader will oversee operational logistics projects, ensuring stable processes, reliable personnel planning, and the achievement of quality and productivity targets. This role serves as a central interface between employees, clients, and management, focusing on sustainable problem-solving and active team development. The position requires a hands-on leader who is present on the floor to drive performance and optimize operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel, deployment, and capacity planning.
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and KPIs are met.
• Analyze processes to identify and implement optimization potential.
• Develop the team professionally and organizationally.
