About the role

The Head of AI & Data will be responsible for advancing AI, data, and digital solutions within the Eberhardt Service Group. This role bridges corporate strategy, operational processes, and technology to create measurable impact through automation and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will lead the AI and data team while collaborating with executive leadership to implement scalable, secure, and efficient digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI and data strategy in alignment with executive leadership.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI, automation, and digitalization across business departments.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and data initiatives, from ideation to implementation and scaling.
• Establish data governance, security standards, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Define KPIs and business cases to measure the efficiency and productivity impact of AI solutions.
• Lead and develop the AI and data team while fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
