FP&A Manager

About the role

AlertMedia is seeking an FP&A Manager to own the financial planning and forecasting function end-to-end. You will serve as a technical expert in revenue forecasting, expense planning, and variance analysis while working directly with business partners to deliver clarity on financial performance. This role requires a hands-on analytical thinker capable of building complex models from scratch and driving process improvements in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue (ARR) forecasting methodology and drive monthly reforecasting cycles
• Build and maintain annual operating plan (AOP) financial models and consolidate departmental expense submissions
• Model headcount planning and operating expense plans across departments
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to stress-test business drivers and assumptions
• Deliver detailed monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis with clear root-cause narratives
• Partner with business leaders to provide targeted analytics support and communicate headcount status
• Lead drafting of board reporting materials and financial narratives
• Partner with the Accounting team and Controller to support timely and accurate financial close
