Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior, hands-on Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Lead to own the technical development, integration, and lifecycle management of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment. The role combines hands-on platform development with technical leadership, solution governance, and long-term ownership. You will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and determine when to use standard platform capabilities, configuration, low-code development, or custom code.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including architecture, environments, standards, and lifecycle management.
• Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain solutions across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Develop Dataverse plug-ins, custom APIs, business logic, client-side extensions, and Power Apps Component Framework components.
• Design and maintain secure, reliable integrations between Dynamics 365, ERP, Microsoft 365, Azure, and other business systems.
• Establish appropriate practices for source control, testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, documentation, security, and technical debt management.
• Translate business requirements into sound solution designs, guide implementation partners, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure delivered solutions meet agreed standards.
