Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

This is a fixed-term parental leave cover role for approximately 12 months, supporting recruitment for SRLabs and Allurity group companies. You will manage end-to-end recruiting processes for a variety of technical and business roles while collaborating with hiring managers and the cross-company People Hub. The position is based in Berlin and requires an existing right to work in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for open roles at SRLabs and selected Allurity sister companies.
• Write and post compelling, accurate job ads.
• Screen applications and conduct first-round interviews.
• Coordinate interview loops with hiring managers and technical interviewers.
• Proactively source candidates for technical roles via LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Partner with hiring managers and People colleagues to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain ATS/Personio data and track recruiting metrics.
