Head of Talent Acquisition

About the role

CodePath is seeking a senior leader to define and execute our talent acquisition strategy as we scale our team to meet the demands of our AI workforce programs. You will own the end-to-end hiring engine, including process design, team building, and executive partnership, ensuring we attract and hire high-quality talent efficiently. This role is critical to our mission of training the next generation of technical talent and requires a hands-on leader who can build a scalable recruiting function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company-wide talent acquisition strategy and workforce plan.
• Build and scale the talent acquisition team, including hiring and developing recruiters and managers.
• Own the end-to-end hiring system, including interview rubrics, scorecards, and evaluation processes.
• Manage pipeline throughput and candidate quality across all open roles.
• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers on role definition, calibration, and recruiting outcomes.
• Develop and maintain the employer brand and always-on talent pools.

Qualifications
