Associate GTM Recruiter

About the role

The Associate GTM Recruiter will focus on sourcing and outreach to build pipelines for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This role involves managing candidate funnels, coordinating interviews, and utilizing AI tools to streamline the recruitment process. It is an ideal position for someone early in their recruiting career looking to gain hands-on experience and grow into a full-cycle recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in Ashby and ensure data integrity
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
• Provide clear and timely communication to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Identify and suggest improvements for friction points within the hiring workflow
• Utilize AI tools for drafting outreach, summarizing notes, and conducting research
• Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other hiring platforms
