Responsibilities
- Lead software engineers in both disciplinary and professional capacities.

- Manage technical initiatives from conception through to production, including architecture and quality assurance.
- Prioritize technical topics in the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Make technical decisions, review solutions, and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
- Continuously improve engineering processes, knowledge management, and platform modernization.
