Senior Delivery Lead / Projektleiter Data & Analytics

About the role

Callista Group AG is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage the development of a new data platform based on Microsoft Azure and Databricks for an insurance client in the Frankfurt area. The role involves steering project workstreams from conception through to go-live and operational handover, ensuring milestones are met within a fixed timeline. The successful candidate will act as a key interface between the project team and the client's management.

Responsibilities

• Steer Callista services across four workstreams including conceptual design, data platform, reporting, and testing
• Manage project mobilization, detailed planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance
• Conduct due diligence on existing project documentation and requirements
• Prioritize MVP scope and manage risks, changes, and quality
• Coordinate cutover, go-live, hypercare, and operational handover
• Ensure knowledge transfer to the client's internal team via a tandem model
