AI and Digital Solutions Engineer

About the role

The AI and Digital Solutions Engineer will identify, design, and implement digital and AI-powered solutions to automate and streamline operational workflows. This role acts as a bridge between operational needs and technology, transforming manual processes into scalable, intelligent workflows across scheduling, travel logistics, and client communications. The position also extends automation capabilities into Business Development and Product functions to support pipeline and feedback processes.

Responsibilities

• Audit and map current operational workflows to identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Design and build end-to-end digital workflows using AI tools, automation platforms, and scheduling systems.
• Implement intelligent scheduling solutions for consultant time allocation and conflict resolution.
• Automate the client communication lifecycle, including joining instructions, course materials, and certificates.
• Build and maintain a digital contractor management workflow covering sourcing, contracting, and engagement tracking.
• Own the technology stack for Operations automation, including tool evaluation and licence management.
• Champion the adoption of new digital workflows through training, documentation, and support.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to implement digital solutions for proposal generation and feedback collection.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical discipline (2:1 or above)
• Demonstrated academic study of AI and machine learning concepts
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of AI application to real-world process automation
