Senior Data Scientist

About the role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will drive product and business impact through statistical modeling, experiment design, and classifier implementation. You will take end-to-end ownership of projects, from scoping and execution to postmortem, across our search engine, AI, and revenue optimization initiatives. You will work in an evidence-first culture where you must think creatively to surface actionable insights from privacy-constrained and sparse data.

Responsibilities

• Define core growth metrics and build infrastructure to monitor trends and anomalies.
• Measure the impact of major marketing campaigns and translate full-funnel data into actionable decisions.
• Build monitoring pipelines to detect unexpected shifts in search traffic patterns.
• Expand evaluation datasets for page context understanding across complex scenarios.
• Improve trigger systems for AI-assisted answers while balancing quality and privacy standards.
