About the role

Alexander Thamm GmbH is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data-driven AI and IT integration projects within the Defense and Security sector. The role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project roadmaps, budgets, and resources, and ensuring high-quality delivery while navigating complex security requirements. You will actively support business development and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven AI and IT integration projects ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality constraints.
• Acquire new projects and manage tenders specifically within the Defense and Security environment.
• Build and maintain active client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Plan project roadmaps, sub-projects, budgets, and resources.
• Prepare, conduct, and follow up on meetings, workshops, and steering committees.
• Support team leads in business development activities.
