About the role

Kijimea is seeking a CEO to lead the global P&L and scale the company to a billion-euro revenue. The role involves driving international growth, overseeing commercial and marketing activities, and managing cross-functional teams to maintain rapid expansion. You will work closely with the Group CEO to develop and execute growth strategies while maintaining the agility of a start-up.

Responsibilities

• Manage global P&L including marketing budgets and growth targets.
• Develop and execute growth strategies in collaboration with the Group CEO.
• Drive international expansion into European and global markets.
• Oversee commercial and marketing activities including brand, product, e-commerce, and field sales.
• Scale the organization while maintaining operational speed and efficiency.
• Lead and inspire large teams to achieve high performance.
• Manage cross-functional areas such as Legal and Quality Assurance.
