About the role

The Head of Formal Verification owns the strategic direction and performance of the formal verification consulting business. This executive role involves leading verification managers, shaping organizational standards, and managing key customer relationships. The position focuses on building systems, scaling the organization, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all projects.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap and strategic direction for the formal verification consulting business.
• Manage and develop a team of verification managers.
• Serve as the primary executive contact for key customer accounts.
• Establish organizational structures, standards, and career frameworks.
• Maintain high quality standards for all technical deliverables under commercial pressure.
• Provide input to the software roadmap based on customer project insights.
