Head of Formal Verification

About the role

The Head of Formal Verification will own the strategic direction and performance of the formal verification consulting business. This executive role involves leading verification managers, shaping organizational standards, and managing key customer relationships. The position focuses on building scalable systems and driving the growth of the company's formal sign-off business.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for formal verification consulting, including market and capability selection.
• Act as the primary executive contact for key accounts and long-term customer relationships.
• Develop organizational structure, standards, playbooks, and talent pipelines.
• Hire, develop, and mentor verification managers.
• Maintain high quality standards across all commercial projects.
• Provide strategic input to the software roadmap based on customer project insights.
