About the role

The Head of Formal Verification will own the strategic direction and performance of the formal verification consulting business. This executive leadership role focuses on organizational development, client relationship management at the executive level, and scaling technical capabilities. The position involves leading verification managers and ensuring high-quality delivery standards across the company.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap and strategic direction for the formal verification consulting business.
• Manage and develop a team of verification managers.
• Serve as the primary executive contact for key customer accounts.
• Establish organizational structures, standards, and career frameworks.
• Oversee quality assurance and technical service pricing strategies.
