About the role

As Manager Amazon, you will be responsible for the holistic management of the Amazon sales channel to ensure the visibility and success of healthcare products. You will drive brand performance through data-based solutions and creative strategies to support the company's mission of improving lives globally. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to optimize sales, advertising, and operational availability on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop a consistent and performance-oriented brand presence on Product Detail Pages and in Amazon advertising.
• Coordinate and execute Amazon advertising campaigns in collaboration with the online marketing team.
• Create regular reports on revenue, market share, and campaign performance to derive actionable insights.
• Plan inventory levels with the logistics team to ensure reliable product availability.
• Act as the central contact for Amazon key accounts and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and policy changes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Analyze customer reviews and trends to maintain high customer satisfaction.
