About the role
The Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand will establish and lead 1Password's regional operations, focusing on building a partner-led growth model. This role involves owning the regional growth strategy, revenue performance, and the development of a local go-to-market team across sales, channel, and customer success functions. The successful candidate will translate global strategy into a regional operating plan while serving as an executive sponsor for key customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Own the ANZ business plan and revenue outcomes across new business, expansion and retention.
- Translate global strategy into a regional operating plan that reflects local market dynamics and requirements.
- Build a channel-first growth engine by developing distributors, resellers and service providers.
- Serve as an executive sponsor for priority customers and prospects.
- Recruit, onboard and develop a high-performing Sydney-based team.
- Represent 1Password across the ANZ market through executive meetings and industry events.
