About the role

As a Senior Consultant for digital administration projects in the Migration & Interior department, you will advise public sector clients on complex digitalization initiatives. You will analyze organizational and technical challenges, develop target concepts, and guide solutions from initial requirements through to successful implementation. Your role involves bridging the gap between administrative needs, technical feasibility, and user-centric digital services.

Responsibilities

• Advise public sector clients on IT and digitalization projects with a focus on migration, interior affairs, and internal security.
• Analyze complex professional, organizational, and process-related issues to develop actionable recommendations and target concepts.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and coordination formats to manage stakeholder expectations and change processes.
• Structure and prioritize requirements, translating them into digital solutions in collaboration with interdisciplinary project and development teams.
• Oversee the implementation of concepts from analysis and requirements gathering through to pilot testing and go-live.
