About the role

Schnetz is seeking a development engineer or technician to lead projects in the design and production of hydraulic shock absorbers. Responsibilities

  • Lead development projects for hydraulic shock absorbers in the mechanical engineering sector
  • Design and further develop hydraulic assemblies using CAD software
  • Build and test prototypes from initial concept to functional models
  • Conduct technical experiments, error analysis, and product optimization
  • Simulate and model flow processes and product behavior using FEM or CFD tools
  • Act as a technical interface between management, purchasing, and production
