E-Commerce Manager

About the role

AYLASHES is looking for an organized and reliable E-Commerce Manager to oversee daily shop operations and contribute to future projects. You will manage product content, coordinate sales campaigns, and collaborate with the marketing team and external partners to enhance customer engagement. This role involves maintaining the online store, developing content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the online shop by updating products, texts, images, and pricing.
• Prepare and launch new products, sales promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Create and update shop pages, product bundles, and promotional offers.
• Perform quality assurance checks on content, links, and display across mobile and desktop devices.
• Write and revise content including blog posts, guides, and product descriptions.
• Support projects focused on customer retention and loyalty.
