Working Student IT Operations

About the role

SPREAD is seeking a hands-on Working Student to manage IT operations, including identity, endpoint, and device administration. You will be responsible for the joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle, end-user support, and maintaining compliance standards for a growing engineering intelligence platform. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with InfoSec and gain practical experience in a professional IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer Entra ID, including accounts, groups, access assignments, and SSO/MFA configuration.
• Manage the full joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle and clean up stale or orphaned accounts.
• Oversee the Mac fleet end-to-end, including enrollment, configuration, and device lifecycle management.
• Maintain an accurate asset inventory including warranty and lease status.
• Provide first- and second-line end-user support and manage tickets in Jira.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange, and SharePoint/Teams permissions.
• Support compliance efforts for ISO 27001, SOC 2, and TISAX audits by maintaining the Vanta platform.

Qualifications

• Prior internship, working-student role, or coursework with genuine lab practice in Entra ID and Microsoft 365
• Basic ISO 27001 or audit-support experience
• German language proficiency at B2 level or above
• Fluent English
