About the role
The Cybersecurity Management Consultant will support clients in navigating complex regulatory requirements such as NIS2, DORA, and the EU AI Act by translating them into practical, embedded operational processes. The role involves developing analyses, concepts, and target operating models for cybersecurity topics like digital identity management and AI security. Consultants will collaborate with IT, business, and compliance teams to assess structures, identify risks, and present solutions to both technical and board-level audiences.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in implementing regulatory and cybersecurity requirements and translating them into operational processes.
- Develop analyses, concepts, and target operating models for complex cybersecurity topics.
- Lead projects or individual work packages depending on professional experience.
- Assess existing structures to identify risks and gaps and derive concrete implementation plans.
- Collaborate with client-side IT, business, and compliance teams to develop sustainable solutions.
- Present complex topics effectively to expert and board-level audiences.
- Contribute to internal initiatives, proposals, and the development of the Cybersecurity Practice.

Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, mathematics, natural sciences, or a comparable field
- Excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level)
