Working Student IT Operations

About the role

SPREAD is looking for a working student to manage IT operations, including identity, endpoint, and device administration. You will be responsible for the joiner-mover-leaver process, end-user support, and maintaining compliance standards for security audits. This role offers hands-on experience with IT systems and direct collaboration with the InfoSec team.

Responsibilities

• Administer Entra ID accounts, groups, access, and SSO/MFA configuration.
• Manage the full joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle and clean up stale accounts.
• Oversee the Mac fleet including enrollment, patching, and device lifecycle.
• Maintain an accurate asset inventory including warranty and lease status.
• Provide first- and second-line end-user support via Jira.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange, and SharePoint/Teams permissions.
• Support compliance efforts for ISO 27001, SOC 2, and TISAX audits.

Qualifications

• Prior internship, working-student role, or coursework with genuine lab practice in Entra ID and Microsoft 365
• German at B2 level or above
