About the role

We are looking for a talent partner to join our talent team and support our ambitious hiring plans. You will primarily focus on product and engineering roles, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer while partnering with hiring managers to provide market insight and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Delivering end-to-end hiring across a portfolio of roles, primarily within product and engineering
• Building strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, agency management, and creative search approaches
• Creating pace across every hiring process, spotting blockers early and keeping candidates and hiring teams moving
• Partnering with hiring managers and leaders to clarify needs, share market insight and support evidence-based decisions
• Maintaining a high hiring bar and an inclusive, engaging candidate experience
• Using hiring data and day-to-day insight to improve delivery and share practical ideas with the talent lead
