About the role
The Audi Revolut F1 Team is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our factory team. You will partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and source top talent to support our entry into the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. This role is based in Hinwil, Switzerland, and focuses on delivering a high-quality candidate experience while ensuring efficient hiring practices.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define business needs and recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to offer negotiation
- Proactively source and engage candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn and networking
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies and employment regulations
- Monitor recruitment metrics to identify and implement process improvements
