About the role

ClaimSorted is seeking a Founding Talent Partner to lead recruitment efforts for claims handlers in the US and UK markets. This role involves building and maintaining a high-quality talent pipeline, managing the end-to-end hiring funnel, and scaling the team during a period of rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Run high-volume, personalized outreach campaigns to attract adjusters and claims handlers
• Build and maintain a warm talent pipeline of qualified candidates
• Own and track recruitment metrics from initial outreach to final hire
• Use data-driven insights to optimize the hiring funnel and improve processes

Qualifications

• Experience as an in-house recruiter scaling ops, support, or sales teams at a high-growth startup
• Experience at a startup-focused agency or talent platform
