Senior Social & Influencer Executive

About the role

ESPA International is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media and Influencer Executive to join their global brand team. You will be responsible for shaping the global social media strategy, managing influencer partnerships across different markets, and creating captivating content that resonates with audiences worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to engage our diverse global audience and drive brand awareness.
• Cultivating and nurturing relationships with influencers and content creators in key markets to amplify our brand messaging and reach new audiences.
• Working with Influencer Agencies to drive forward our Influencer channel.
• Building clearly defined influencer rosters aligned with brand objectives, spanning both brand ambassadors and performance-driven creators.
• Proactively identifying, outreaching to and gifting new influencers to continually grow and strengthen ESPA’s roster, partnering closely with the PR team to deliver a best-in-class gifting experience through tailored mailers.
• Collaborating closely with E-commerce and Marketing teams to optimise performance-driven influencer activity and ensure key targets are achieved.
• Supporting the negotiation and securing of effective influencer contracts, ensuring paid usage rights are in place to maximise content potential across performance marketing channels.
• Working closely with the Head of Performance on channel targets and budgets for the Influencer channel.
