About the role

Rügamer & Steiner Consulting GmbH is an e-commerce agency looking for a Demand Generation Manager to build and lead their internal marketing department. You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, enhancing the company brand, and attracting new talent. This role involves working directly with the founders to develop content strategies and execute marketing initiatives across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement marketing measures to acquire new customers
• Develop personal branding for the founders, primarily on LinkedIn
• Plan, write, and produce content for newsletters, YouTube, podcasts, Instagram, and advertisements
• Manage projects independently from concept to publication
• Create and edit video and text content for both client and recruitment purposes
