About the role

The Senior Event Specialist will plan, manage, and deliver a variety of events including trade shows, customer events, and VIP visits from concept to execution. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications while supporting strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver various events such as trade shows, customer events, VIP visits, and internal events.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, suppliers, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create and develop event-related artwork, presentations, invitations, digital assets, and promotional materials.
• Support exhibition stand design, branding, marketing campaigns, and event communications.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and recommend new approaches, technologies, and best practices.
• Maintain and leverage internal customer database to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in event management
