Senior Event Specialist

About the role

The Senior Event Specialist will manage the creation and delivery of trade shows, customer events, and internal events from concept to execution. This role involves working independently while supporting the Marketing & Event Manager on strategic initiatives and developing event-related marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver various events such as trade shows, customer events, VIP visits, and internal events.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, suppliers, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create and develop event-related artwork, presentations, invitations, digital assets, and promotional materials.
• Support exhibition stand design, branding, marketing campaigns, and event communications.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and recommend new approaches, technologies, and best practices.
• Maintain and leverage internal customer database to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in event management
• Tertiary Marketing qualification or equivalent
