Solutions Engineer

About the role

Veriff is seeking a commercially minded Solutions Engineer to partner with the Sales team to drive new business and accelerate revenue growth. This role focuses on technical sales engagements, including discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and managing proof-of-concept evaluations. You will translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for stakeholders while collaborating across internal teams to improve sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with Account Executives to drive technical sales engagements, accelerate opportunities, and contribute to new business revenue.
• Leading technical discovery sessions to understand customer challenges, requirements, and business objectives.
• Delivering compelling product demonstrations that showcase Veriff's value proposition and competitive advantages.
• Managing technical evaluations and proof-of-concept engagements to validate solutions and drive opportunities toward successful technical outcomes.
• Proactively identifying and resolving technical objections and deal blockers that could impact sales cycles.
• Translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborating with Sales, Product, and other internal teams to share customer insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contributing to reusable demonstrations, technical sales materials, and initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales process.
