Senior Data Engineer

About the role

SFEIR is opening a new agency in Rennes and is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to help build its local Data, Cloud, and AI community. You will work on strategic projects, architecting robust data pipelines and industrializing AI usages while contributing to the growth of a new office. This role is ideal for someone passionate about modern data platforms, cloud-native architectures, and the integration of generative AI into data engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect robust data pipelines using Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow
• Build reliable and scalable data platforms while focusing on data quality, governance, and observability
• Industrialize MLOps and LLMOps architectures and integrate generative AI into analytics workflows
• Design RAG systems connected to business data
• Participate in the creation and development of the new Rennes agency
• Collaborate with clients on their data and cloud transformation projects
