Key Account Manager

About the role

Wenzler Medizintechnik is seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee major client relationships and lead order processing operations. This newly created role involves strategic account development, ensuring delivery reliability, and acting as a central interface between customers, production, and management. The position reports directly to the company leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strategically expand relationships with key accounts with full revenue and profit responsibility.
• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for the order processing team.
• Coordinate with production and planning to ensure realistic delivery schedules and adherence to deadlines using ERP data.
• Negotiate framework agreements and commercial terms.
• Develop systematic sales strategies including target segment definition and new customer acquisition.
• Monitor market and competitor trends to support the development of product assortments and pricing strategies.
