Environmental Test Engineer

About the role

The Environmental Test Engineer will be responsible for managing environmental tests and maintaining high-end mechanical test equipment. This role involves hands-on test preparation, execution, data acquisition, and analysis, as well as collaborating with design and project teams to ensure test specifications meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Elaborate test specifications and procedures in accordance with standards and requirements.
• Execute environmental tests including vibration, tensile, gluing, thermal, and TVAC tests.
• Maintain test equipment in coordination with technical staff and the head of testing.
• Develop and extend test facilities and new test setups.
• Prepare and finalize documentation for certification, production, or knowledge conservation.
• Provide testing-related input to design and project teams.
