About the role

Interns will work on projects ranging from performance testing and AI agent development to ITSM process optimization and data-driven lead generation. Each intern receives daily guidance from a dedicated team and has the opportunity to kickstart their career within the company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and implement solutions for specific IT challenges such as load testing, AI integration, or system monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams to map processes, identify bottlenecks, and design improvements.
• Develop and test tools or agents based on existing services and data.
• Document processes and provide recommendations for structural improvements.
• Participate in team activities and contribute to the daily operations of the IT department.
