Senior Product Manager

About the role

Finway is seeking an experienced Product Manager for a two-year parental leave replacement, with the potential for a permanent position thereafter. You will lead both operational and strategic product management, acting as a bridge between software development, design, customer success, and marketing to ensure initiatives are executed effectively and provide value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Manage technical implementation and architecture alignment in collaboration with developers.
• Coordinate with customer success and product marketing to support go-to-market strategies and enterprise deals.
• Conduct workshops, customer meetings, and product webinars to gather feedback and solve complex use cases.
• Design product solutions, write detailed specifications, and manage the product backlog.
• Perform quality assurance testing for new features and platform components.
• Manage release communications, including in-app messaging, release notes, and video tutorials.
