About the role
The AI Product Lead will own the development and strategy of Aisha, an AI finance agent designed for NRIs. This role involves managing the product roadmap, team, and results while ensuring the agent can reliably handle real-money financial tasks. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with compliance, legal, and payments teams to build a secure and effective financial operating system.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of the Aisha AI agent from early build to a trusted consumer product.
- Shape the agent stack by deciding on build, buy, or partner strategies for models, orchestration, and payment rails.
- Implement reliability features including evals, guardrails, and failure mode management.
- Manage consumer-grade product experiences including onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Build and lead the founding team, starting with senior engineering hires.
- Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure secure and regulated money movement.
