Senior Backend Engineer

About the role

Predium is building an AI-powered real estate intelligence platform to automate investment and asset management decisions. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will own the core systems including the GraphQL API, relational data models, and complex background processing workflows. You will partner with product and design teams to build reliable, scalable features that help customers manage ESG and property data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across the Hasura GraphQL API, NestJS, and PostgreSQL stack.
• Model complex real estate and ESG domains within relational schemas.
• Manage background processing for document extraction, imports, and long-running analysis jobs.
• Develop and maintain a robust permission model for multi-tenant enterprise access.
• Integrate LLMs into backend workflows to ensure reliable data extraction.
• Debug production issues by navigating infrastructure traces and dashboards to optimize performance.
