CodePath is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to support our engineering team in maintaining and scaling our learning platform. You will be responsible for keeping projects organized, managing the bug pipeline, and ensuring effective communication between engineering, product, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in small-team dynamics and is passionate about making a positive impact in education.

Responsibilities

• Keep engineering projects organized and moving by tracking progress and identifying blockers
• Own quality assurance by testing builds and automating repetitive tasks
• Manage the bug pipeline by reproducing issues, prioritizing them, and confirming fixes
• Serve as the primary connection between engineers, product teams, and internal stakeholders
• Report on project status to ensure team and leadership alignment
• Determine when to implement new processes or rituals to improve efficiency

Qualifications
