About the role

The Manager, Professional Services will support federal customer engagements by delivering mission-aligned architectural design and execution of Collibra products. This role involves partnering cross-functionally to ensure alignment with federal acquisition cycles and contributing to the growth of the public sector services business through account expansion and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Support federal customer engagements by delivering architectural design and execution of Collibra products.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and security standards such as FedRAMP, FISMA, and GovCloud.
• Provide federal agencies with tailored data governance strategies that enable knowledge transfer and drive business outcomes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Engineering, Product, and Executive teams to align with stakeholder priorities.
• Identify opportunities to expand Collibra’s footprint within agencies by aligning product capabilities to evolving mandates.
• Meet or exceed utilization goals in support of federal client success and repeatable delivery excellence.
