Materialprüfer / NDT-Experte

About the role

The Materialprüfer / NDT-Experte will work with digital X-ray systems, supporting customers with commissioning, training, and technical support. The role involves applying expertise in non-destructive testing (NDT) to diagnose hardware and software issues and contributing to product development. This position is based in Rostock and involves occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software malfunctions in digital X-ray systems
• Manage repair and RMA processes with internal teams and suppliers
• Conduct factory training in Rostock as well as on-site commissioning and customer training worldwide
• Create and maintain operating manuals, service documents, and training materials
• Provide technical input for tender responses and RFI/RFQ specifications
• Perform and support non-destructive testing (NDT) activities
• Assist with product demonstrations and customer presentations
• Contribute to the further development of products and processes
