Senior Data Engineer - Real time analytics

About the role

Aircall is seeking an engaged and passionate Senior Data Engineer to join their growing Engineering Team. In this role, you will be a key member of the team managing the analytics and event platform stack, building features for over 22,000 customers to unlock data value through real-time insights and comprehensive analytical reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business needs into data models and optimize for big data
• Identify slow queries and optimize for better performance
• Write clean scalable code using Scala, Python, or SQL and test and deploy applications and systems
• Solve challenging data problems in near real-time utilizing optimal data architectures and frameworks
• Mentor team members through giving and receiving actionable feedback
