Senior Data Engineer - Real time analytics

About the role

Aircall is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join their Analytics & Data Platform team. You will be responsible for managing the analytics and event platform stack, building features that provide near real-time data solutions for over 22,000 customers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business needs into data models and optimize for big data
• Design and deliver scalable, low-latency streaming platform solutions
• Identify slow queries and optimize for better performance
• Write clean, scalable code using Scala, Python, or SQL
• Solve complex data problems using structured and unstructured data sources
• Mentor team members through actionable feedback
