Treasury Manager

About the role

Tillo is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to take ownership of global cash operations, capital structures, and liquidity forecasting. This role involves managing complex fund flows within a high-volume fintech ecosystem and designing rigorous treasury controls. The successful candidate will provide actionable financial insights to the CFO and Head of FP&A while optimizing working capital and corporate credit facilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish daily global cash positioning across multiple legal entities and currencies.
• Manage and monitor client floats and pre-funded brand credit cycles to optimize working capital.
• Build and maintain 13-week and 12-month rolling cash flow models.
• Design and maintain strict treasury controls to ensure operational segregation between corporate and client cash.
• Manage corporate credit facilities, including drawing mechanics and repayment cycles.
• Establish financial compliance frameworks and track performance against benchmarks.
• Execute corporate foreign exchange hedging strategies to protect commercial margins.
