About the role
This role sits within the Group Treasury function, acting as a strategic bridge between product development, commercial strategy, and treasury risk management. You will lead digital asset initiatives from a treasury perspective while ensuring new product launches are financially sound, scalable, and compliant. Over time, you will develop a deep understanding of the company's broader infrastructure to support holistic, cross-domain strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to review and advise on crypto and digital asset product development opportunities from a treasury standpoint.
- Act as a primary point of contact between product teams and treasury subject matter experts.
- Assess treasury impacts and synthesize requirements related to risk management, bank relations, data, and system integration.
- Drive the digital assets native strategy and lead implementation to modernize treasury infrastructure and tooling.
- Ensure robust operational readiness, including data flows and risk controls, before products scale in production.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the company's infrastructure and flow of funds to solve complex cross-domain challenges.
- Support the documentation and implementation of operating models, frameworks, and policies for new products.
