About the role
The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner and right hand to the Chief Revenue Officer, extending their reach and accelerating decision-making across the global revenue organization. This role involves managing leadership cadences, overseeing key approvals, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment across commercial teams to meet revenue targets. The successful candidate will navigate complex, cross-functional challenges and provide independent, data-driven counsel to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Pressure-test ideas and turn strategy into clear, owned actions for the CRO.
- Represent the CRO in internal forums and make decisions on their behalf.
- Manage deal strategy for large merchants and monitor global pipeline and forecasts.
- Own the leadership cadence, including meetings, business reviews, and decision forums.
- Act as a delegate for key approvals including pricing, offers, and job requisitions.
- Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations on annual and quarterly planning, including budgets and OKRs.
- Lead high-priority strategic initiatives and simplify commercial processes to increase productivity.
